the location is very handy. the facilities are well-kept. the cleanliness was perfect and the staff was always available. the breakfast offered great value for the money and good choices.
I found a very slight noise from rooms above. I could hear talking clearly, it was not an issue, however.

I found the location quite convenient, a short walk from Victoria Station. This made it easy to access transportation. The provided breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The building is old, and the rooms can be noisy. I could clearly hear conversations in adjacent rooms.

missing remotesignificant noise
The air conditioning in the room was not working properly. I found out that the controls were missing (a remote was needed). The room became uncomfortably warm, impacting my sleep. I also noticed significant noise from adjacent rooms. Conversations were audible, disrupting my rest.

friendly staffbreakfast variety
The staff offered really good service, so my experience was very smooth. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast. The variety of options was good. The location was also very convenient for accessing nearby attractions. It was great to come back to soft towels after a long day.

i thought our room was plenty big, and so clean too. breakfast sure was delicious, and the staffs was very helpful with everything. so easy walk to victoria station. our stay was pleasant.
the hairdryer seem old, it needs a new one. its little bit mucky.
